Starting Measurments:
Chest: 40”
Waist: 36”
Hips: 45”
Also, the next 30 days: no bread, no dairy, and no meat.

Juicing....
Today was my first day only juicing. No food whatsoever. No nuts, no fruit, just juice. I’ve been bitting and chewing my lips and cheek all day. (That sounds disgusting once you type it out.) Haha it’s been a hard, but chill day at the same time. I watched Food Matters on Netflix instant play. SO GOOD. Go watch. Now. :)

Starting tomorrow, I only will be juicing vegetables, and eating raw for the next 10 days. I’m actually going for 30-60 days, but we’ll go about this in 10 day increments. Haha so I’m excited. My dad got me a juicer today, and I made a drink with kale, cucumber, celery, green apples, lemon and ginger. It had a strong taste, but I could get used to it.
Yay for eating healthily!
