Juicing....
Today was my first day only juicing. No food whatsoever. No nuts, no fruit, just juice. I’ve been bitting and chewing my lips and cheek all day. (That sounds disgusting once you type it out.) Haha it’s been a hard, but chill day at the same time. I watched Food Matters on Netflix instant play. SO GOOD. Go watch. Now. :)

redandhairyfrog asked: Hey (: I just wanted to thank you. I started to go to the gym a few weeks ago, I changed the way I eat and all that stuff and then I was sitting here and I thought about me and my body and how big my chances are to lose weight and I thought "fuck it, you'll never lose weight you'll stay the same, get over it" and in this exact moment I got to your blog and it made me...
